A 10-mile park is growing under Miami’s train
Partly open since 2021; final phase underway
Bike paths, gardens and gathering spaces are replacing empty land under the Metrorail, linking neighborhoods from the Miami River to Dadeland.

Why it matters · Our view
Parks and trails like this raise the appeal of everything near them: homes and offices within walking distance of the Underline become easier to sell and rent. It also connects Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, South Miami and Dadeland in one car-free corridor.
Still to be confirmed
Some areas along the final phase may look finished before they officially open. Check the official site before visiting a new section.
